Terms and Conditions


Once you place the order, immediate confirmation email of your order will be sent to the email address you have provided us with. If for any reason we are unable to execute your order, we will inform you at the earliest chance and will solve this situation.

We do not accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.



Please note that all our prices are in euros.

The payment methods we accept are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express,Paypal and bank transfers.

For orders being placed within the EU, all prices shown at www.motula.lt, include VAT rate.

For orders being delivered outside EU, VAT will not be charged, however the prices will remain the same and it may be subject to import duties or taxes once your order reaches your country.

Shipping fees are not included into the price and will be added to your order during the check-out process.



Shipping costs, taxes and fees that may be applied by the destination country, are not included in the price. Motula is not responsible for paying these additional charges or customs procedures.

We do recommend to contact your local customs for more information.

All International orders are shipped with TNT service with tracking number, which will be sent to your email once your order will be shipped out. Should you wish to add an insurance please inform MOTULA when placing the order (this will include additional fee).

All orders are shipped from Lithuania (Europe) within 2 business days (subject to card clearance) Monday to Friday and not on local/public holidays.

Delivery dates are approximate and Motula will not be responsible for unpredictable and force majeur events.



- which costs 4 euros: 1-2 working days;

- Europe which costs 14 euros: 1 – 3 working days;
- US, Australia, Canada and other countries which costs 24 euros: 2 – 5 working days.

Motula offers free shipping cost on all orders above 200€.

- All orders are shipped to your account address, unless you provide a different one. We will not be able to change the shipping address once the order has been dispatched.

If you don't receive your order within 10 days, please write to us and we will start the investigation process.



During 14 days following to delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of item contacting us by email info@motula.lt, unless it’s personalized and was made according to your specification. The item must be returned to us on perfect unused condition. This means that it should not be damaged, washed, soiled or worn and that any labels, tags and packing bag should be intact. Articles that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you and the both way shipping costs will be charged.

When making a return, please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as “returned goods” on any customs or postal forms and also on the outside of the package.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once you wish to return the item, you should inform us by email info@motula.lt and consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Not later than within 14 days of receiving your returned items we will examine them and notify you about the right to a refund by email. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. Also note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have, will not be refunded by Motula.

We might not be able to exchange returned items for another size or item. You should contact us by email info@motula.lt and inform us if you wish to buy another product or change the size. In the case of an exchange, Motula will not charge any additional charges for shipping the new items.


Please note that if an order is refused due to unexpected additional fees, once the refund has to be made, Motula will have the right to charge both way shipping costs and any additional fee that might occur.


Please note that all sales of Sale items (those displaying a reduced price) are final. No exchange, credit note or refund will be offered against Sale purchases and the Return, Refund and Exchange conditions will not apply.



We cannot guarantee that colors of the products on our website will be true to life. Therefore cannot be held responsible for variations in colors since this depends party on the color settings of your computer monitor or telephone.



When you place an order a certain information will be required: first name, last name, email address, telephone number, shipping and billing addresses, payment details, so that we can process your order and deliver your items. Your payment details will only be used in order to conclude the payment process. Your credit card information shall never be stored.

We ensure not to disclose your personal information to any third party, except as may be required by law. We will at all times comply with the laws and requirements of Lithuania data protection laws to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept appropriately secure and processed fairly and lawfully. We may have to pass your given information our service providers, such as, our delivery company to process your order and deliver your items.

By using our website and/or placing an order on it you commit that Terms and Conditions are read and understood clearly.
